Three questions a real customer would ask
Your customers have stopped scrolling a list of links. They ask an assistant and take the first answer. These are the three questions the check runs about your business, word for word.
“Best [category] in [your area]”
Records who is recommended first, and whether you are named at all.
“Is [your business] any good”
Records what the assistant says about you, word for word, good or bad.
“[category] near [your postcode] for [a common need]”
Records who wins the specific question, which is usually a page you do not have.
Each question comes back as one of three answers: Recommended, Listed, not picked or Not mentioned.
The report names who was recommended instead, with their ratings and review counts, quotes what was said about you, and lists three things to fix. At least one of those three is something you can do yourself in twenty minutes.

Fixed price, fixed scope, no hourly rates
Two ways to fix visibility. Both are quoted from what your free check actually finds, so you are never buying work you do not need.
Foundation Fix

Both of these are under £1,000, so they are paid in full on go-ahead. Anything above £1,000 is half on go-ahead and half when live. No hourly rates, no retainer, and no VAT, because Arkvento is not VAT registered.
Emailing about either one opens a message to me. I reply within one working day with a start date and a one-page statement of work: the deliverables above, the dates, the price and what is not included. Nothing is owed until you agree to it.
If the date is going to move, you hear it from me before the date, with the reason and the new one. If it moves because access I asked for arrived late, it moves by the same number of days.
Cancel before work starts and the deposit is refunded in full. Cancel after work has started and I keep the deposit and hand over everything that is finished. There are no refunds beyond that, on any service. What protects you instead is the scope, written down and agreed before anything is owed.
The first three
Founding client rate: 20 per cent off, capped at £500
The first three clients get 20 per cent off one fixed-price fix or build, up to a maximum of £500. One discount per client, on one job. The £600 AI Setup audit is never discounted. There is no other discount, and I do not negotiate the fixed prices.
The condition is a case study: a short written account of what was built and what it saved, which you read and approve before anything is published. If you would rather not be written about, say so and the rate does not apply.
This section comes off the site once three are signed, so while you can read it, places remain.

Delivered on the date agreed, or you hear from me before that date with the reason and the new date. I re-run these same three questions at 30 and 60 days and send you the results with screenshots. If your new pages are not being picked up and quoted by 60 days, I do one further round of fixes and a third re-check at 90 days at no charge. I do not promise a specific ranking; nobody honestly can.
Whether your pages are being picked up is judged by the same three questions from your original check, re-run and sent to you as screenshots, not by my opinion. The remedy is bounded and stated above: one further round of fixes and one more re-check at 90 days.
That paragraph goes into the one-page statement of work you get before anything starts, word for word, alongside the deliverables, the dates and the price. It is a term of the job rather than a line on a website.
Three things I need, and one promise
Three things, asked for in writing on the first day so the work can start the same day. Editor access to your website. Manager access to your Google Business Profile. Two or three examples of how you write to customers, so the new pages sound like you rather than like me. All of it by invitation to your own accounts, never by sharing your password, and all of it remotely. I do not visit.
If your site was built by someone you can no longer reach, or the platform will not allow structured data, an FAQ or a reviews block, the Foundation Fix and the Visibility Rewrite include rebuilding the site as a fast, simple site you own, up to five pages, at the same price. Your old site stays live until the new one is ready.
Arkvento is one person
Arkvento is Mikael Stewart. I build websites and AI systems for small businesses using Claude and modern automation tools, and I work alone by choice: you deal with one person who knows your business, at a price an agency cannot match.
Arkvento started in September 2026, so there are no case studies yet and you will not find invented ones here. The proof on offer is the check itself: it costs nothing, it takes 48 hours, and the report is yours to keep whatever you decide afterwards.
Tools used and named openly: Claude for the language work, n8n for connecting your systems to each other, and Netlify, Shopify and Zoho. Naming them is deliberate, because you should be able to take what I build and run it, or hand it to someone else. What you are paying for is knowing which work to automate and wiring it so it holds, not access to a tool anyone can buy.
